Demo board for PIC Microcontroller with the highest cost performance


   QL200 is an integrated demo system for study and development of PIC Microcontroller, which is provided with four functions of experimental instrument, programmer, simulation interface and ISCP download cable. Enclosed with control CPU and combined with programming software which has independent intellectual property rights, the system is able to support over 90 percent of the experiments and development practices of PIC Microcontroller.

   To easily study and develop all series of PIC Microcontrollers, only a set of QL200 demo system and a computer are needed. Based on programming functions, abundant on-board hardware resources, flexible expansion, free resource distribution, and ICSP download function for customer target board, QL200 can not only satisfy the demands of a beginner in Microcontroller study, but also meet the requirements of engineers in development of Microcontroller. In addition to a study & experimental board, QL200 is also a demo board of Microcontroller integrated with multiple resources.

RS-232 communication for connection with a PC or any other device with a DB9 connector.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)
24 LEDs are provided. 每 to connect optionally with the port RA, RB and RC of Microcontroller for indication of output high/low level at I/O port.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)
4*4 Matrix keyboard 每 to test password lock and other items.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)
8-buttons are provided每for easy various key-press input experiments and jumper setup for pull-up or pull-down of port hardware.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)
2 Potentionmeters for simulating analog voltage input.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)
PIC Microcontroller chip socket 每 including 8PIN, 14PIN, 18PIN, 20PIN, 28PIN, 40PIN, PIC10 series, and PIC16F57 special socket.(including PIC10XX,PIC12XX,

DS1302 clock 每 enclosed with memory capacity.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)(Battery is not included)
ICD2 connector for customers who want to use it.  每 to directly connect ICD1/ICD2/MCD1/MCD2 and carry out on-line simulation for on-board chips and resources.
IIC (I2C) communication 每 to read/write 24CXX series chips with hardware IIC or software IIC directly. (use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)
SPI communication每to read/write EEPROM of 93CXX with hardware SPI or software analog SPI,to select 8-bit or 16-bit read/write method through jumper.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)
Serial 10-bit voltage DA converter每 TLC5615 chip, direct digital-to-analog converter, on-board analog output interface .(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port) (remarkㄩ chip TLC5615 is optional).
Digital thermometer DS1820 for measuring temperature from -55ºC to 125ºC.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)(remarkㄩ chip DS18B20 is optional).
Infrared remote-control receiver 每 to practice infrared remote-control decoding and all kinds of infrared remote control.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)
Buzzer voice/PWM output experiment 每 to practice normal voice, music and PWM output sound.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)
Clock selection 每 jumper for switch between various oscillation modes, to replace crystal vibration of different frequency as required by development of product.
All pins are taken out on IDC10 connectors to make them available for further connections.
Stepper motor driver circuit(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)(remark: Setpper motor is optional).
MMC\SD card slot - For MMC\SD memory cards. Used for data acquisition.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)(remark: MMC\SD card is optional).
On-board programming module 每 to communicate with computer through USB, adaptable for any kind of computer, special CPU supervision, stable programming, enclosed with ICSP interface and ICSP download cable, convenient on-line programming for other target board, programming control software with independent intellectual property rights, all functions of professional programmer.
On-board power modulePower Supply select - USB or external. Also there is a switch for turning on/off system.can connect to the polarity of external AC or DC power supply optionally, voltage range 7-12V, current over 200MA; available for supply through USB without external power,

6bit 7-segment digital tube 每 to realize dynamic or static display experiment of digital tube, to display clock,temperature or to make counter.(use DuPont wire can be connected to the arbitrary I/O port)

    Over-load protection functionㄩ When there is over load in the demo system, the protection system will automatically start to avoid any damage of elements. After fault is corrected, the board will recover to work.

    Auto-load of changed file functionㄩ To achieve seamless integration with MPLAB IDE and other development software, the changed current target code is inspected automatically and then is transferred into the updated file automatically. This function offers great convenience for study and development, which avoids the trouble in repeating load of target code.

    Function to identify the figuration bit and EEPROM in the file automaticallyㄩ When we write the configuration bit information and EEPROM data in the program, otherwise setup is not needed for programming. This function saves much time for regular change in program debugging and avoids the setup requirement for each program change.

    On-board CPU on-line upgrade functionㄩ It is available to download the updated programming software and run to upgrade hardware, which will upgrade on-board CPU to the updated version so that it can support more new devices.
